Economics

We organize a lot of our lives through money, and the current systems are pretty messed up, in that they often do not encourage real value as much as they could (e.g., an oil spill is accounted as a net plus to the economy (or at least the GDP), since so much money changes hands to clean it up, replace/repair the broken ship/equipment, etc. Redefining Progress develops more whole indicators for how we're doing)

http://newcurrencyfrontiers.com/ - developing better language and formal meta-systems for developing particular currencies

A thought vector:

Expressing value (/need!) flows

Creating formal systems for those expressions of flow (i.e., currencies)

Those systems' influence, imbuing/reifying currencies with value/power
