My basic trust has increased noticeably. Some ways i might be able to tell:
- I get enough sleep almost every night.
- When I wake, I don't feel tension in my jaw or shoulders.
- I haven't "completely given up" for more than a day for at least six months.
- Most of the time, if I stop and ask if what I am doing is what I am really wanting to be doing, it is.
