Communication

One part of communication is the transmission of information from one person or place to another. What information? It's one of those infinitely variable things, quantitative, qualitiative, etc. Certainly included are information about experience, information about reality (experience gives us uncertain information about reality), and information about predictions.

But communication is a much broader category including one-one communication, group communication, inter-group communication, etc. Communication occurs at all scales.

dialogical - conversational, in the sense of being semantically (language) interactive

stigmergic - less about the semantic interplay, more about behavior interplay, and geography

decision-making as a kind of communication, which can be completely horizontal to the degree people remains free. To the degree it is not there is representational or other authority.
