This is really three or more sub-projects:

 

Update front page

Easiest thing is to leave the format more or less as is. I say 'more or less' because i know i won't be able to stop myself from doing some tweaking, especially once i convert to Wagn (i'll be thinking about how to make use of inclusions!). Next steps:

• Write
• Tweaks: links to Twitter, linkedin?, facebook?, etc.

 

Convert static site to Wagn

This part sounds like the most fun. And actually pretty trivial at this point. Next steps:

• Research if there's a way to move ourpla.net to Wagn and still have cgi/pikie trigger PikiePikie.
• List pages needing to be moved/copied
• Look at other web stuff i have currently to see:
  • what i want to keep
  • of that, what i want to or can move to Wagn
  • figure out what to do with the rest
• Code a script to, e.g., redirect ourpla.net/cgi/pikie?AsciiArt to wiki.ourpla.net/wagn/Ascii_Art (and handle WiKi —> /wiki not Wi_Ki)
• Front page - will it look Wagn-y or have a different design (and if different, stick with current or...?). This question is relevant to all of the static pages (esp WWP, see below), but the time of the shift is a godd one to change the front page if it's going to change.

 

Polish and launch blog

Only do this if/when you actually want to do some blogging. Not waiting for http://wagn.org/wagn/implement_blogging any more (but can learn for it, certainly).
